The Patsy J. Hubbard
Memorial Scholarship 

PURPOSE
The purpose of the Patsy J. Hubbard Memorial Scholarship is to provide higher educational financial support, for a graduating senior and current member of Franklin County High School Eagle Choir. The 2026-2027 school year will be the fifth annual offering of the Scholarship.  The Patsy J. Hubbard Memorial Scholarship is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. 

$1,000 scholarship

SCHOLARSHIP CRITERIA

• Be a graduating senior from Franklin County High School

• Enroll full-time in a two or four year career or technical school, college, or university

• Be a current member of the Franklin County High School Eagle Choir program (Cantus Choir, Female Ensemble, or Advanced Mixed Choir). 

• Demonstrate the capacity to succeed in a higher educational setting as evidenced by prior academic performance

• All applicants must submit a recent transcript

• Applications must be submitted by March 31, 2027
